I. ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP

Active membership dues are assessed based on annual sales of refractory products, materials, and services, including installation and equipment, from operations in the Western Hemisphere. Sales are calculated FOB at the plant, packaging included.

Dues are assessed based on data from the most recently completed fiscal year. Sales data is reported in confidence to the TRI president, using ranges rather than a specific amount. Failure to report sales data in the prescribed manner may result in the maximum dues rate being assessed. Dues are billed in quarterly installments.
